Experience
Mike Maddox graduated from the University of Richmond and then entered the U.S. Army as a second lieutenant at Fort Eustis, Virginia. After three years of service, Mike, a third generation San Diegian, left the army and returned to San Diego. He earned a master’s in Business Administration while working as a loan officer. Mike specialized in commercial and residential lending. In the years following, Mike negotiated department of defense contracts and provided new business development for a major defense contractor in San Diego. Mike’s successful residential real estate career began in 2000 and continues to this day. Years of experience with contracts and negotiations has allowed him to provide his clients with the highest and best professional results before, during and after the negotiations of the sale or purchase of a home.
Gayle Maddox is a self-motivated professional and possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit, the essence of a true self-starter from the beginning. Gayle’s first endeavor in the business world began right after she left San Diego State University, where she concentrated on fine art, with an emphasis on jewelry design. She started marketing her own finished jewelry products to local galleries throughout San Diego in the early 1980’s.
In 2009, after 21 successful years in the printing and graphics business, Gayle sold her business and has turned her sights to the San Diego real estate market. Gayle brings the same level of client commitment and organizational skills to her role as your realtor, just as she has for her entire professional career. Together Gayle and Mike’s mission is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
